European Data Hub’s Tier 4 Data Centre is run by CBRE. CBRE has been active on the Luxembourg market through the Brussels office and local partnerships for several years, and decided to open a local office with experienced people in Luxembourg in November 2008 in order to reinforce their position in the market.

CBRE (previously Richard Ellis and CB Richard Ellis) has been present in Belgium since 1966 and thus benefits from huge experience and substantial data on the Belgian property market.
